  • Work Place Hazard Assessment

  • 1). Safety Glasses - must meet 287.1 ANSI standard.

    2). Steel Toe Boots - must meet 241.1-1991 ANSI standard.

    3). Hard Hat - must meet 289.1-1986 standard, class A, B, or C.

    4). Gloves - all employees must have leather or heat resistant gloves.

    5). Clothing - all employees must wear long sleeve shirts and full-length pants.

    6). Hearing Protectors - all employees must wear hearing protection in the shop area at all times.

    7). Welding Shield - must cover the entire face and must have a lens shade of at least 10 with a clear protection lens covering it.
